Hiring Operations Manager

1.Drive customer delivery as priority.
2.Set up the Operations planning of the company by analyzing its performance, risks & future needs.
3.Drive continuous improvement operational and financial of all manufacturing sites.
4.Ensure timely and quality product delivered to Customers.
5.Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
6.Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress & delivery.
7.Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback.
8.Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
9.Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.
10.Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.
11.Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
12.Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation.
13.Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.
14.Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
15.Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.

1.Proven experience as Manager of Operations or equivalent position.
2.Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
3.Outstanding communication and people skills.
4.Outstanding manufacturing and machine tool knowledges.
5.Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines.
6.In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service etc.).
7.Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
8.Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM).
9.BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
